Our late Christmas 2021 & New Year letter 2022

A Blessed Christmas 2021 and Happy New Year 2022 to all our Family & Friends!!!

The year 2021 had been a year full of blessings and surprises for us. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary last February. Our DIY home renovation is doing pretty good, with one room left to put tiles in and the upgrade of our common bathroom. Andy also finished installing our new air condition units and water purification system. He has found a new project with his pontoon boat.

Last May, we found out I’m pregnant, we waited for my doctor’s confirmation on June and shared it to our family and friends. We saw our baby for the first time on June 1 in the ultrasound. I went with Andrew to Oklahoma for work and we stayed there for a month before returning to Florida.

Last July 30, we flew to Minnesota and visited Grandpa James & Grandma Gerry the next day. It was a nice visit; we enjoyed the family stories. We spent the next week in South Dakota with family and celebrated a double baby shower with Sam & Ryan.

Last August and September Andy & I got sick and tested COVID positive, we were thankful that we get well, found out we are having a baby girl and she’s ok too despite mommy being sick. We decided to name her Chloe.

We had another baby shower in our home in Florida last October attended by my Ate Bernadette and her family and close friends at work and neighbors. We were showered lots of gifts and even those who are far away sent their gifts via mail to us. Thank you so much.

My Withlacoochee Technical College (WTC) family gave me another surprise baby shower and farewell party last November where Chloe received lots of books and other personalized gifts we love so much.

December was a waiting game for us, we decided to stay in Florida and not travel anywhere just in case Chloe decided to come out early.

We welcomed our daughter, our Chloe, into this world last January 3, 2022 at 6:43 pm. She was 10 days early than my due date but healthy. She weighs 6 lbs. 6oz. and length is 19 ½”

She’s the best Christmas and New Year gift for us. 😊
